What Is a Custom Advertising Flag?
A custom advertising flag is a printed polyester sail carried by a pole and a base, used by retailers, event organizers and chains to make a location, offer or brand visible from a distance. Standard sizes run from 165×75 cm to 330×130 cm on poles of 280 to 560 cm.
Fabric is 110 g, 115 g or 130 g knitted polyester for inland sites, or mesh for windy coastal locations. Both single-reverse and true double-sided constructions with a blockout liner are produced in-house, with printing, sewing and pole fitting under one roof.
Typical lead times: printed sample in 2-3 days, bulk production in 5-10 days after written approval, then 3-7 days express or 25-40 days by sea.

Single-reverse: one layer, mirror image through the back, lightest and cheapest. Blockout-thread: single layer with dense threading, better light block at a middle price. True double-sided: two printed layers with a blockout liner, reads correctly both ways, about 30% more weight.
Fabric weight
110 g for mild climates and rotation programs. 115-130 g for strong UV and permanent positions. Mesh for coastal wind where the open weave sheds gusts.
Pole material
Aluminium with fiberglass top: the standard kit. 100% aluminium for stiffness at height. 100% fiberglass for flex and spring-back in gusty sites. All sections replaceable individually.
Base type
Cross base for pavement and indoor. Heavy cross or metal plate for exposed outdoor positions. Spike base for grass and soil. Water tank for hire fleets needing ballast without tools. Car base for mobile campaigns.
Accessories and packing

What is the minimum order quantity?
Low MOQ is accepted for trial orders. Fully custom printed flags carry a setup cost per design, so fewer sizes per design lowers the entry point. Ladder pricing for larger tiers is agreed in writing.
How fast can I get a sample?
A printed sample on your fabric takes 2-3 days, plus 3-7 days courier depending on country. The sample fee is credited against the bulk order.
Can you match our Pantone color?
Dye sublimation reaches roughly 90-95% of most Pantone shades on polyester. We print a sample on your construction, judge it under D65, record the tolerance in writing, and archive the recipe for reorders.
Single sided or double sided?
Single-reverse where visitors approach from one direction. Double-sided with a blockout liner where traffic passes both ways, such as corners, medians and circulation islands. Double-sided adds about 30% weight and 40-60% cost.
Which base suits my ground?
Cross base for pavement, heavy cross or metal plate for exposed outdoor positions, spike for grass and soil, water tank where drilling and staking are not allowed, car base for mobile campaigns.
What about shipping and duties?
Express 3-7 days, air 5-8 days, sea 25-40 days. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Printed textile flags classify under HS 6307.90; your broker confirms duty and VAT for your country.
How do reorders stay identical?
