What counts as a custom flag

1. Custom outline: a flag cut to the shape of your product, mascot or logo rather than a standard blade or teardrop. 2. 3D and layered builds: multiple fabric layers stitched to give depth and shadow. 3. Unusual proportions: long banners, short dumpy flags and shapes designed for indoor ceilings or tabletop displays. 4. Multi-panel graphics: several printed panels joined to create one large image.

How a custom job runs

We start from your artwork and the place the flag will hang. The team proposes a construction and a size, prints a sample, and refines the outline if an edge distorts or a seam crosses the design. Only after your approval does bulk production start.

Fabric and print

Custom work usually uses 110gsm knitted polyester because it holds an outline well; 130gsm and 100D are used when a heavier body is wanted. Printing is dye sublimation with Pantone or RAL matching, which handles gradients, photographs and fine detail across a shaped panel.

Honest limits

Extremely fine cut-outs fray quickly in wind, and very tall narrow shapes need extra pole support. Where a requested shape will not survive outdoors, we will say so and propose a construction that will.

If a stock teardrop or feather flag in the right size and colour does the job, take it: the artwork setup is shorter, the price is lower and the replacement skins stay cheaper for years.
