Single, double and reverse sided explained

1. Single-sided flags print one layer; the reverse shows a mirrored image with roughly 90% show-through, which is normal and the most economical option. 2. Double-sided flags print two layers with a blockout liner, so each side reads correctly and nothing shows through. 3. Reverse-sided printing prints the back face so a customer approaching from behind reads the same message the right way round, which buyers often prefer for junctions and road signs.

Weight and freight

A double-sided build carries two printed layers plus the liner, so it weighs noticeably more than a single-sided flag and costs more to print. On air and express shipments that weight is visible in the freight quote, so tell us the destination and we will quote both options.

Which shapes can be double-sided
