The 1. Teardrop flag holds its shape in any wind and suits storefronts and coastal sites. The 2. Feather flag carries the largest printable area and suits roadsides and event grounds. The 3. Fabric and printing specification

Standard production uses 110gsm knitted polyester, printed by dye sublimation so the ink bonds inside the fibre. Buyers in hot markets often step up to 115gsm or 130gsm shiny; mesh fabric is available for coastal locations because the open weave lets air through. Single-sided flags show a mirrored design on the reverse, while double-sided builds add a blockout liner between two printed layers.

Colour control that protects your brand

We match artwork against Pantone and RAL references and print a swatch for your approval before the bulk run. A difference of about 5% is the accepted industry tolerance for CMYK sublimation on polyester, and it is written into the order confirmation so both sides know the standard.

Hardware package

Poles come in aluminium with a fibreglass top, full aluminium and full fibreglass. Bases cover grass, pavement, sand and vehicle forecourts: spike, cross, heavy cross, metal plate, car base and water tank. Carry bags and water bags complete the kit.
